 | Andrea Flores Khalil Associate Professor of Comparative Literature Queens College Seminar Andrea Flores Khalil is an Associate Professor of Comparative Literature at Queens College and in the French Department at the Graduate Center, CUNY. She teaches North African literature, with attention paid to French, African, and global literary and film movements. Her publications include The Arab Avant Garde and a collected volume on North African film: North African Cinema in a Global Context: Through the Lens of Diaspora. Her current work focuses on personhood and politics in North Africa, a project on visual representation and political repression. |
