![]() | Patricia Delia Mathews-Salazar Associate Professor of Anthropology Borough of Manhattan Community College Seminar Patricia Delia Mathews-Salazar is an Associate Professor of Anthropology at BMCC and at the Graduate Center, CUNY. Her initial interests focused on the political uses of Indian identity in a small town in northwest Argentina. Currently, her research examines issues of cultural heritage, indigenous rights, and women's work in a Quechua community inside an important archaeological park in Cusco, Peru. She holds a degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Ph.D. in anthropology from Yale University. |
